My StandPro Won't Turn On

If your Nizam stand does not power on, it may be due to battery, charging, or hardware issues.

Common Causes

  • The stand’s battery is completely drained.
  • The charger is not connected properly.
  • The power button hasn’t been held long enough.

How to Fix It

  1. Try restarting the stand by holding down the POWER button for 10 seconds, then pressing the ON button until the screen lights up.
  2. Check the power connection by ensuring the stand is securely plugged into a working power outlet. Verify the charging cable and adapter are properly connected.
  3. Charge the stand by leaving it connected to power for at least 15–30 minutes. If the stand has been off for a long time, both the stand and reader may need extra time to recharge.

Why This Matters

Nizam stands have long battery lives, but still require occasional charging, especially after long periods of disuse.
